J Collis Brownes Mixture 100ml

J Collis Browne's Mixture 100ml relieves coughs and the symptoms of diarrhoea.

J Collis Browne's Mixture 100ml medicine contains morphine which helps calm and reduce the effects of diarrhoea and griping pains.

J Collis Browne's Mixture 100ml  also contains peppermint oil which calms the stomach and relieves flatulence and griping.

Adults, the Elderly and Children over 12 years of age:

For coughs:

One to two 5 ml medicinal teaspoonsful. May be repeated every four hours.

For diarrhoea:

Two to three 5 ml medicinal teaspoonsful. May be repeated once or twice at four hourly intervals if required.

Children aged 6 to 12 years of age:

For coughs:

One 5 ml medicinal teaspoonful. May be repeated every four hours.

For diarrhoea:

One 5 ml medicinal teaspoonful. May be repeated once or twice at four hourly intervals if required

Not suitable for children under 6 years of age

Contraindicated in acute respiratory depression (asthma), acute alcoholism, paralytic ileus, acute ulcerative colitis, raised intra-cranial pressure and head injury or within 14 days of using MAOIs.

Contraindicated in children under 6 years.

Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.

Do not take if you have breathing problems

Avoid drinking alcohol when taking this medicine

Do not exceed the stated dose.

If symptoms persist, consult the doctor.

Keep out of the reach of children.

Ask your doctor before use if pregnant or breastfeeding.
